Role Description:
We are looking for an ABM & Lead Generation Specialist to drive targeted, account-level marketing and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads across Skillmine's Products and Services business.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership B2B marketing role.



You will be responsible for identifying the right accounts, researching decision-makers, executing personalized multi-channel outreach, nurturing prospects and working closely with sales to convert target accounts into qualified opportunities.
This is not a role limited to database building or sending bulk emails. We are looking for someone who understands B2B buying journeys, account-based marketing and sales funnels, and can take ownership from account identification through lead qualification.
You will work closely with the Sales Team, BU Heads, Delivery Teams and Marketing to build meaningful engagement with target accounts.
