Role Description The E-Commerce Sales and Pay-Per-Click Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels and digital advertising campaigns to drive bookings and product revenue. This on-site role, based in Indore, includes overseeing e-commerce listings, pricing, and promotions; monitoring sales performance; and improving the customer journey across online platforms. The specialist will plan, execute,



and optimize PPC campaigns across search engines and social media, analyze campaign metrics, and adjust strategies to improve ROI. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent branding, tracking competitor activity, and preparing performance reports for management.

Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce operations, including product listing management, pricing, promotions, and sales performance tracking.
Solid skills in pay-per-click advertising and digital marketing, with hands-on experience in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar.
Ability to analyze data and metrics, use reporting tools, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign and sales outcomes.
