About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing function end-to-end and drive brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Growth Marketing.
This is a high-ownership role where you will be expected to build, execute, measure, and optimize marketing initiatives rather than simply manage agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy aligned with business goals.
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
Own SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, backlinks, and organic growth.
Develop and execute content marketing strategies across blogs, social media, landing pages, videos, and other channels.




Manage social media marketing and build the company's digital presence.
Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer and creator partnerships for customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns and continuously optimize CPL, conversion rates, and CAC.
Work closely with the sales and business development teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
Analyze marketing performance using GA4, Search Console, ad platforms, CRM, and other analytics tools.
Conduct competitor research and identify new channels and growth opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient ROI/ROAS.
Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, campaigns, and customer journeys.
Coordinate with designers, content writers, video creators, agencies, and other external partners.
Track key marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports for management.
