Role Description
This is a office based role directly reporting to the founder of MeBumi.
Head the Estimation team.
Quality check projects with fellow Senior members.
Deliver Project Estimates on time.
Hire and Train team.

Qualifications
Robust expertise in construction cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, and tender preparation.
Proficiency with estimation and takeoff software-Bluebeam, spreadsheets- Google Sheets, and relevant digital tools.
Experience leading teams,



including task allocation, mentoring, and performance oversight.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, contracts, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work from office in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; prior experience in an estimation or pre-construction leadership role is preferred.
