Role Description The Event Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and securing sponsorships, delegate sales, and partnerships for Tradepass conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events.



Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, presenting event value propositions, and negotiating commercial terms with clients. The Event Sales Executive will manage a sales pipeline, prepare proposals, coordinate with internal teams to align sales commitments with event delivery, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. The role also includes building long-term client relationships, gathering market feedback, and contributing to revenue growth and event improvements.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building with corporate clients and sponsors.
Experience in event or conference sales, with the ability to understand B2B event formats and articulate value propositions to senior decision-makers.
