Key ResponsibilitiesTest Strategy & Governance
Define and own the end‑to‑end test strategy across Salesforce and integrated enterprise platforms.
Establish testing standards, processes, and quality gates aligned with enterprise governance and regulatory expectations.
Ensure coverage across functional,



integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
Act as the point of accountability for test quality and release readiness.
Test Planning & Delivery Management
Create and manage test plans, test schedules, resource plans, and dependencies.
Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and workstreams.
Manage test execution cycles, defect management, and retesting activities.
Ensure testing aligns with sprint, release, and deployment plans.
Salesforce Testing & Solution Quality
Oversee testing for Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Cloud.
Ensure test coverage for configurations, integrations, data, and security models.
Validate non‑functional requirements including performance, scalability, and resilience.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through controlled test data management.
Defect & Risk Management
Own defect triage, prioritisa
