OTR is an exclusive B2B workshop hosted at hotels, connecting Southeast Asia, India, and the Middle East. The event brings together international travel industry professionals—including hotels, airlines, tour operators, tourism boards, and other stakeholders—from 40+ countries. International exhibitors connect with targeted travel trade visitors from the country where the event is hosted through structured and guaranteed B2B meetings.
Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire exhibitors and participants for OTR events.
Promote and sell tabletop participation packages and sponsorship opportunities.
Identify and approach potential clients from the international travel, tourism, and hospitality industry.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international and domestic clients.




Communicate professionally with clients across different countries and time zones.
Maintain lead, client, follow-up, and sales records.
Coordinate with the Operations and Marketing teams for smooth client onboarding and event participation.
Participate in travel industry events and workshops as required.
Skills & Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Events, or related industries.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to confidently communicate and negotiate with international clients and stakeholders.
Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for events and client meetings when required.
