To drive end-to-end office leasing activities, including business development, tenant acquisition, negotiations, deal closure, lease management, and client relationship management, while maximizing occupancy and rental revenue.
Core Responsibilities
1. Office Leasing & Business Development Identify and generate prospective corporate/office leasing clients.
Drive site visits, presentations, proposals and deal closures.
Achieve leasing and revenue targets as per business plans.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain robust relationships with corporates, tenants, landlords, IPCs, consultants and channel partners.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable office space solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
3. Investor Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with property investors.
Provide investors with regular updates on leasing performance, occupancy, rentals, revenue and portfolio performance.
Understand investor expectations and align leasing strategies with investment objectives.
Present leasing plans,



market insights and commercial proposals to investors.
Support investor retention and long-term relationship building.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure Lead commercial negotiations on rentals, deposits, lease tenure, escalation, fit-outs and other terms.
Prepare and evaluate commercial proposals and term sheets.
Coordinate with legal and internal teams for timely execution of lease agreements.
5. Market Intelligence Conduct regular market research on rentals, occupancy, demand and competing developments.
Track office leasing trends, new projects and major transactions.
Provide recommendations on pricing and leasing strategies.
6. Lease & Portfolio Management Manage lease renewals, extensions, terminations and related documentation.
Monitor lease expiry schedules and ensure timely renewals.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
