Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager / Customer Relationship Manager based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and developing current business opportunities with insurers, corporate clients, and healthcare providers, building long-term relationships, and negotiating service agreements. The professional will manage key client accounts, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to claims, service quality, and process efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking sales and service performance metrics, and participating in client meetings and industry events. The role also requires continuous follow-up with stakeholders, maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance Health Assist’s market presence and service standards.
