Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and understand their travel requirements.
Design and customize domestic & international holiday packages.
Provide complete knowledge and guidance on destinations, itineraries, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and activities.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other travel vendors.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package proposals.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Negotiate with vendors to provide competitive package pricing.
Ensure smooth coordination from booking to completion of the trip.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Stay updated with new destinations, travel trends, offers, and visa/travel requirements.
Required Skills




Strong knowledge of Domestic & International Travel Packages.
Good knowledge of DMCs and international destinations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable destination and itinerary planning knowledge.
Sales-oriented approach with strong convincing skills.
Ability to create customized travel packages.
Positive knowledge of MS Office / travel-related software.
Customer-focused and proactive attitude.
? Preferred Knowledge
Domestic: Goa, Kerala, Rajasthan, Himachal, Kashmir, Andaman, etc.
International: Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Europe, Australia, Maldives, Vietnam, etc.
