Role Overview

As an Investment Associate, you will play a central role in driving Metayb’s M&A; and growth programme. This is an execution-focused role rather than a research position. You will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership across live transactions, supporting the journey from target identification and screening through valuation, due diligence, negotiations, and closing.

The role combines financial analysis, transaction execution, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and strong process discipline. You will be expected to keep multiple deal workstreams moving, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and progressively take greater ownership of transactions and strategic initiatives.
