Mission of the Role
To drive business growth and expand market presence for GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) certification, conformity assessment, inspection, testing, and regulatory compliance services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, supporting revenue generation, and promoting GCC regulatory programs across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities for GCC certification and conformity assessment programs Like SASO Saber, SQM, G-Mark, MOIAT, OQM etc.
Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, webinars, and referrals.
Promote GCC regulatory compliance services to manufacturers, exporters, importers, and traders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, both virtual and physical, to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.'
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to GCC programs.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support clients throughout the certification process and address any concerns proactively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Development
Monitor GCC regulatory changes, market trends, and competitor activities.
Identify target industries and strategic growth opportunities.
Participate in trade exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and industry forums.
Develop partnerships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and export promotion councils.

Work closely with certification, inspection, testing, and operations tea
