DIYguru is looking for a Corporate Relations Lead who can build strong relationships with companies, HR leaders, hiring managers and institutions, and convert those relationships into real hiring and partnership outcomes.
This is not a conventional placement or recruitment role.
You will work at the intersection of industry, talent and education, helping companies discover relevant talent while building long-term partnerships across the EV, automotive, engineering and mobility ecosystem. The role covers hiring requirements, placements, internships, OJT opportunities, Recruitathons, corporate collaborations and repeat hiring relationships.
What you’ll do
Build relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, Recruitment Heads and Hiring Managers.
Identify companies with current and recurring talent requirements.
Take corporate relationships from outreach → meeting → requirement → hiring → repeat engagement.
Understand technical and non-technical JDs and coordinate candidate mapping with the placement team.
Coordinate interviews, assessments,
hiring drives and recruitment activities.
Build relationships with TPOs, colleges, universities and institutional decision-makers.
Support Recruitathons, industry partnerships and strategic collaborations.
Maintain a structured corporate pipeline, follow-ups and CRM/MIS records.
Identify opportunities for repeat hiring and deeper corporate engagement.
