Role Description The Brand Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting brand building activities, including coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting with in-store promotions,



and ensuring consistent brand visibility across modern trade and other retail channels. The Brand Associate will interact with customers and retail partners, gather feedback, and help drive product awareness and sales through effective communication and brand advocacy. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and sales teams, tracking performance of brand initiatives, preparing reports, and maintaining brand guidelines in all consumer touchpoints. The role also involves participating in events, activations, and sampling programs to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interpersonal interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Customer Service skills to manage consumer queries, provide product information, and ensure positive brand experiences at points of sale and events.
