Role Description .

This is an end-to-end ownership role based full-time and in office in Hyderabad.
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own Xtovia’s creator ecosystem — from identifying and onboarding the right influencers to building relationships, executing campaigns, managing deliverables and measuring performance across social platforms.
You will work closely with creators to develop high-performing Reels, UGC and social-first content,



while helping translate Xtovia’s product stories into content that feels authentic, engaging and relevant to their audiences.
We’re looking for someone who understands that influencer marketing is more than sending products to creators. It’s about finding the right creator, the right story, the right hook and the right format to make people stop scrolling — while ultimately driving brand awareness, engagement and sales.

We're looking for someone who is:

Creator-obsessed and genuinely spends time on Instagram/Reels/YouTube.
Highly aware of what makes content go viral.
Creative enough to come up with a strong hook or content idea.
Commercially smart enough to negotiate creator rates.
Organized enough to manage 20+ moving pieces at once.
Comfortable communicating directly with influencers and talent managers.
Data-driven and able to understand why a campaign performed well or poorly.
