Role Description The Territory Manager – Sales and Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam. This position is responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory, including identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, and promoting Kooper Medical’s product portfolio.



The Territory Manager will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements, and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and orders. Day-to-day activities include territory planning, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, supporting marketing campaigns and events, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service and providing feedback to the product and marketing teams to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales and marketing, with strong skills in territory management and customer relationship development.
Ability to conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and communicate technical information clearly to healthcare professionals.
