The Role
As our People Operations Admin, you’ll play an important role in keeping our People Operations running smoothly and helping create a excellent employee experience across Resonate.
This is a hands-on role covering recruitment, people administration, onboarding, employee experience, culture initiatives and day-to-day People & Culture support. You’ll work closely with the People & Culture team, managers and employees across our global locations.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment




Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.
People Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and documentation.
Support day-to-day People & Culture administration, reporting and employee lifecycle processes.
Coordinate onboarding from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, including introductions, systems access and resources.
People & Culture Initiatives
Support employee engagement, recognition, surveys, culture initiatives and internal People & Culture communications.
Help coordinate company events, team activities and employee programs.
Global Team Support
Support employees across Australia, India, the Philippines, the UK and the US.
Coordinate activities across locations and time zones and work with local providers and partners.
Help create connection, consistency and a positive emplo
