Role Description This is a part time remote role for an Online Python Mentor, aligned with US shift timings from 2:30 AM - 7:30 AM (5 hours). The mentor will conduct live online classes, guide students through Python concepts, and support them as they build projects and solve coding challenges. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, explaining programming fundamentals and problem-solving techniques, providing constructive feedback on assignments, and monitoring student progress. The mentor will also answer questions via chat or video,



adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, and collaborate with the team to improve curriculum and teaching materials. Occasional participation in training sessions, demos, or parent updates may be required.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python programming, including core concepts such as variables, control flow, functions, data structures, and basic object-oriented programming.
Experience teaching or mentoring children or teens online, with the ability to explain technical topics in clear, age-appropriate language.
Comfort with digital tools for virtual classrooms (video conferencing platforms, shared coding environments, learning management systems).
Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills, with a student-centric and inclusive teaching approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and reliably manage US shift timings.
