Senior Project Executive – Substation & Transmission Line

We are hiring an experienced and execution-focused Senior Project Executive for Substation & Transmission Line EPC Projects, with strong technical knowledge, micro-level project management skills, and the ability to independently coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Execute and monitor Substation & Transmission Line works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and schedules.
Prepare and track daily, weekly & monthly micro-level project plans, including manpower, machinery, materials and activity-wise targets.
Monitor planned vs. actual progress, identify bottlenecks and implement recovery plans.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
Manage subcontractors including work allocation, productivity, measurements and bill verification.
Handle material planning, RA billing, quantity reconciliation, additional/deviation works and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, testing & commissioning requirements.




Participate in client meetings and ensure timely resolution of technical and site-related issues.
Take complete ownership from mobilization to execution, testing, commissioning and handover.

Candidate Profile
? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical Engineering
? Experience: 5–8+ years in similar Substation/TL projects
⚡ Experience in 66/132/220/400 kV Substation and/or Transmission Line works preferred
? Solid knowledge of project planning, BOQ, billing, MS Excel & MIS reporting
? Strong client handling, vendor & subcontractor management skills
? Willing to travel/work at project sites
? Salary
Up to ₹75,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, technical competency and interview performance.
