Role Description The Leasing Manager for properties at AGOrganica is a full time, on-site role based in Noida.



This role is responsible for managing the leasing portfolio for company-owned or managed properties, including negotiating lease terms, preparing and reviewing lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. The Leasing Manager will conduct market research to track rental trends, identify opportunities, and maintain competitive pricing and occupancy levels. Daily activities include coordinating property visits, managing tenant inquiries, overseeing lease administration, and collaborating with property management to ensure well-maintained facilities and positive resident experiences. The role also focuses on resident retention strategies such as addressing concerns promptly, supporting renewal discussions, and implementing initiatives to improve tenant satisfaction and long-term occupancy.
