We’re looking for a media and entertainment lawyer with 5-6 years post qualification experience to join our in-house legal team at Matrix.

If you have experience across celebrity & media agreements, production, IP and commercial negotiations and bring a practical, business-first approach to legal, we’d love to connect.

What you’ll be doing:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of agreements, including celebrity, endorsement, film, production and licensing agreements
* Advising on contractual risks and finding practical, commercially viable solutions
* Negotiating with brands, agencies, production houses, platforms and external counsel
* Supporting commercial negotiations and deal structuring
* Managing contract execution, renewals, amendments and legal documentation

What we’re looking for:




* 5+ years of relevant legal experience, including 3+ years at a law firm
* LL.B. from a recognised Indian university
* Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation
* Solid understanding of media, entertainment and IP law
* Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
* Someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
