Position Summary:
The global Governance, Risk and Assurance team is responsible for maintaining compliance with enterprise cybersecurity control frameworks, policies and procedures. The team is part of the global Cybersecurity Engineering and Assurance organization at Cornerstone OnDemand.
The SailPoint Developer plays a critical role in supporting the identity security strategy and vision of the Cybersecurity Engineering & Assurance team, and reports into the Associate Director of Cybersecurity & Assurance. In this role, you will be the SailPoint IdentityIQ subject matter expert with a broad understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes and implementations. Cornerstone uses SailPoint IIQ for automated governance of its access control mechanisms covering areas such as account lifecycle management, role-based access control, access recertifications, and more.
This role focuses on development of recent features and integrations based on changing business and cybersecurity requirements, as well as continuous maintenance of the platform. You should have a solid working knowledge of IT systems and technologies and enjoy working collaboratively across teams. This position requires constant interaction with operations and security teams to comprehend requirements, build innovative solutions, optimize existing processes, ensure continuous effectiveness of the SailPoint’s IAM governance controls, and produce metrics, scorecards, reports and dashboards periodically.

Administer and maintain Cornerstone’s SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, and develop innovative solutions to fulfil business requirements
