Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Salem. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new customers, explaining housing loan and loan against property offerings, and guiding applicants through the end-to-end loan process. The role includes assessing customer needs,



collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely disbursement of loans. The Relationship Manager will maintain strong relationships with existing customers, provide post-disbursement support, and address service issues to promote customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves achieving assigned business targets, conducting field visits, engaging with local partners and connectors, and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

Solid customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.
Proficiency in sales, business development, and achieving targets in retail finance or related sectors.
