Role overview: The Lead - AI Delivery Enablement ensures the Data & AI Practice runs with execution discipline and delivery readiness. The role drives resource deployment, hiring coordination,



commercial hygiene, governance tracking, project visibility, onboarding readiness, and cross-functional follow-through so that teams are staffed on time, projects stay on track, and leadership has transparent visibility into risks, decisions, and practice health.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Own a single view of practice capacity across people, skills, allocations, availability, and utilization.
Drive weekly deployment planning and proactively address bench, over-allocation, backfills, and upcoming demand.
Translate project pipeline into hiring requirements and coordinate closely with HR and recruitment on open roles, interviews, offers, and joiners.
Ensure new hires are deployment-ready with clear allocation plans, system readiness, and onboarding closure.
Drive monthly invoicing readiness by validating billing inputs, timesheets, project commercials, and revenue tracking.
