About the Role: We’re looking for a Business Development Associate with some experience in Sales or Business Development. Experience in the travel industry will be preferred.

But here’s the important part: we’re not looking for just another salesperson.

We want someone who understands sales, enjoys interacting with customers and knows how to convert opportunities into business, but who also has the curiosity to look beyond their own targets.

As a startup, we want our team members to contribute ideas, identify opportunities, understand what is working and what isn’t, and suggest ways in which we can improve and grow. Your role will involve sales, but it will also give you exposure to business development, customer behaviour, market trends, strategy and overall business growth.





You’ll be working closely with the team and, as we grow, there will be plenty of opportunities to take ownership of new responsibilities and develop into larger roles within the organisation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Handling incoming leads and converting them into bookings and business.
Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable travel experiences.
Following up with potential customers and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Achieving individual sales and revenue targets.
Identifying current business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Understanding customer feedback, market trends and competitor activity.
Suggesting new ideas, strategies and approaches to improve sales and business performance.
Contributing to improving our sales processes and overall customer experience.
Taking ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities beyond day-to-day sale
