About the Role
We are looking for a creative and commercially driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to manage our digital presence, social media, e-commerce activities and brand marketing. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce, product listing, social media marketing and lifestyle/F&B; brands, with a strong understanding of the specialty coffee beans business and café operations.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Manage the founder’s page, personal brand and brand page
Plan and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
Develop engaging content ideas for Reels, posts, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers,



and other creative partners.
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Manage paid social media campaigns and coordinate with external digital marketing agencies, where required.

E-Commerce & Product Listing
Manage product listings across relevant e-commerce and online platforms.
Create and maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and other listing information.
Research, create and maintain brand’s blog and recipes page.
Ensure products are properly categorized and presented attractively.
Regularly check listings for pricing, availability, images, content, and other errors.
Coordinate with operations/accounts teams regarding inventory, orders, pricing, and product availability.
