The role is of Segment Manager - Anodizing

Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Market Development: Own the business plan for Anodising Chemicals, driving revenue, margin, market share and new-customer acquisition across extrusion, architectural, automotive, consumer durable and engineering segments.
Customer Development & Technical Conversion: Build relationships with OEMs, anodisers, applicators, consultants, distributors and key accounts; lead technical trials, commercial evaluations, troubleshooting and conversion into sustained business.
Product Trials & Application Development: Drive trials across customer sites to secure product approvals and conversions.



Work closely with R&D; to test recent products, refine existing formulations and adapt chemistries to specific customer processes, performance requirements and operating conditions.
Market Planning & Commercial Follow-through: Track competition, pricing, technology and customer requirements. Make regular forecasts for supply chain and manufacturing programs and conduct periodic business reviews. Support customer presentations, training and technical seminars.

Qualifications:
Strong business-development, key-account and market understanding. Should ideally be from the electroplating industry.
Able to work across sales, operations and finance to execute growth plans, manage priorities and track commercial performance.
Effective communicator and negotiator with sound analytical and presentation skills.
Graduate in Engineering, Business or Management; relevant industrial experience preferred.
