Job Description:

HCL Commerce (WebSphere Commerce): 5+ years of deep experience with v9.x architecture, command framework, data models including but not limited to user model, order model, catalog model, marketing model etc, and the "search" stack (Elasticsearch).
Java Ecosystem: 8+ years in Java/J2EE, with mastery of Microprofile, Multithreading, and REST API design. Must be conversant with performance tuning and identifying
onts: Experience with React, Next.js, or specific HCL starter stores (Ruby or Emerald).
Database: Solid proficiency in SQL (DB2, MySQL) and NoSQL concepts.
Infrastructure: Hathe bottleneck in the system if any.
Headless Storefrnds-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.

Communication:



Exceptional English verbal and written skills. Ability to explain complex architectural decisions to non-technical US stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate business impacts of technical decisions and balance "intentional" vs. "emergent" design.
Mentorship: Proven track record of hiring, training, and retaining technical talent in a competitive market.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Experience in the automotive aftermarket or logistics domains.
Knowledge of Apache Kafka for event-driven messaging.
Familiarity with Redis for caching strategies.
