Role Description The Assistant Manager Business Development will support growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to sales and marketing plans for water treatment and beverage project solutions. This full time, on-site role based in Rajkot involves conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams, and following up on leads to convert them into long-term partnerships. The role includes managing customer inquiries, participating in negotiations under senior guidance, tracking sales performance metrics, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or reporting tools.
