Role Description The Government Tender Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sector 3, responsible for managing end-to-end government tender processes for communication and messaging services.



Day-to-day tasks include identifying relevant tenders, tracking tender notifications, studying bid documents, and ensuring timely preparation and submission of proposals in line with company capabilities and compliance requirements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for pricing, technical specifications, and documentation, maintaining accurate tender records, and following up on bid status and clarifications. The executive will build and maintain relationships with government and public sector stakeholders, stay updated on procurement policies and portal requirements, and support post-award documentation and contract management. The position requires consistent reporting on tender activity, market opportunities, and competitive insights to support business growth in the government segment.
