Position Overview




We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented HR Payroll & Statutory Compliance Officer to manage payroll administration and statutory compliance for the organization.

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution of payroll processes while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.

This role requires strong functional knowledge of payroll, employee compensation, statutory deductions, labour compliance, documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high level of ownership, accuracy, professional integrity, and the ability to work effectively within defined timelines and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
Manage the complete monthly payroll cycle from data collection to salary processing and disbursement.
Verify and process attendance, leave records, salary revisions, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
Ensure accuracy of employee compensatio
