As a Sky‑High Proxy Engineer you will be responsible to provide L2 and L3 support for global data centre and network enviroments with primary focus on Sky-High.

Manage and maintain daily proxy operations including configuration, policy updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Handle incident, problem, and change management processes ensuring timely resolution and compliance with service-level expectations.
Perform installation, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities for McAfee Web Gateway infrastructure.
Monitor proxy performance, threat intelligence events, SSL inspection issues, and enforce URL filtering policies.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Networking, and Infrastructure to support BAU and project activities.
Provide technical expertise for proxy integrations such as ePO, MVision, GTI, and Advanced Threat Defence.
Participate in rotational 24/5 support, including on-call duties and after-hours change implementations as required.
Your Profile

Strong hands-on expertise with Sky‑High/McAfee Web Gateway including planning, installation, configuration, and upgrades.
Proficiency in creating and managing proxy rule sets, policies, URL filtering, SSL scanning, and certificate handling.
Deep understanding of McAfee GTI (Global Threat Intelligence), threat categories, and enforcement mechanisms.
Experience with McAfee integrations including ePO, MVision, dashboard monitoring, alerts, and Advanced Threat Defence.
