Role Description This is a full time, on-site Pre Sales role based in Hyderabad. The Pre Sales professional will engage with prospective customers, understand their housing needs, and present suitable Ankura Homes projects and offerings. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting site visits and walkthroughs, preparing and delivering presentations, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions,



following up on leads, gathering customer feedback, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and basic cost estimates. The Pre Sales team member will contribute to building strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive, informative experience throughout the pre-purchase journey.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective buyers and internal teams.
