Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SEO Lead / Senior SEO to own our organic growth strategy and drive qualified traffic, search visibility, leads, and pipeline. The ideal candidate will combine Technical SEO, Content Strategy, Competitor Analysis, and emerging AI Search/GEO expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the overall SEO and organic growth strategy.
Drive qualified organic traffic, leads, and revenue pipeline.
Lead Technical SEO including crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects, canonicalization, and internal linking.
Develop SEO strategies for product, solution, use-case, comparison, integration, and high-intent pages.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis,



content-gap and backlink analysis.
Build and execute link-building and authority-building strategies.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Web, and Marketing teams.
Track SEO performance using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
Identify opportunities across AI Search / GEO and emerging search trends.
Skills & Experience
7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Technology, or Product companies.
Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO, Keyword Strategy, Competitor Analysis, and Link Building.
Robust understanding of B2B search intent, commercial keywords, buyer journeys, and lead-generation SEO.
Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
Solid analytical, strategic, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate SEO insights into measurable business outcomes.
