Role Charter: Analyst

As an Analyst , you will be responsible for driving onboarding efficiency, seller activation, and operational excellence through data-driven decision-making. The role requires a strong analytical mindset to identify onboarding bottlenecks, uncover improvement opportunities, and translate insights into scalable solutions. You will work closely with Operations, Product, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure a seamless onboarding journey for sellers.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Analyze seller onboarding funnels, activation metrics, and operational KPIs to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
Build dashboards, reports, and automated tracking systems using SQL, Excel, and Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
Conduct root cause analyses on onboarding drop-offs, delays, and seller activation challenges, recommending data-backed solutions.
Partner with Product, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve onboarding workflows and drive process efficiency.




Identify and implement process optimization and automation opportunities to enhance scalability and reduce manual effort.
Present insights, recommendations, and business cases to stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making across teams.

Experience & Background

1–4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or related analytical roles.
Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Marketplace, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments is preferred.
Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions, operational efficiency, and customer experience improvements.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data visualization/reporting tools.
Tier-1 Pedigree [Top IIT, NIT, BITS]
