Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Business Development Manager role based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients, and expanding partnerships with luxury venues, hospitality partners, and destination vendors.



The Senior Business Development Manager will develop and execute sales and growth strategies, lead client presentations and pitches, and collaborate with the planning and production teams to align offerings with market needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales pipeline, overseeing proposal development and contract negotiations, monitoring market trends in luxury and destination weddings, and preparing performance reports and forecasts for leadership. The role also requires representing Viraaya Weddings at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to build brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
