Role Description This is a full-time, on-site After Sales Engineer role based in Assam, India. The After Sales Engineer will handle post-installation technical support for packaging and material handling products, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization at customer locations. Responsibilities include responding to service requests, diagnosing issues,



coordinating repairs or spare parts, and documenting service activities. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements, providing feedback to engineering and production teams, and supporting warranty and service contract obligations. The After Sales Engineer will also engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, conduct training on product usage, and contribute to continuous improvement in after-sales processes.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to understand product specifications, resolve technical issues, and support installed systems.
