Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding overseas education, universities, courses, and study destinations.
Understand students’ academic profiles and recommend suitable study options.
Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.




Convert prospective students into successful enrollments.
Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM.
Achieve counselling, conversion, and sales targets.
Coordinate with students throughout the admission process.
Stay updated on university requirements, courses, and admission processes.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
A sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Knowledge of study-abroad destinations and admission processes will be an added advantage.
Ability to build solid relationships with students and understand their requirements.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
