Role Description This is a full-time, in office Academic Counsellor role based in Hyderabad. The Academic Counsellor will guide students on course selection, exam preparation pathways, and long-term academic goals, ensuring alignment with their interests and abilities.



Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, providing career guidance, and offering academic advising related to school and competitive exam performance. The role involves regular interaction with parents/guardians to discuss student progress, addressing concerns, and suggesting appropriate support or interventions. The Academic Counsellor will also collaborate with faculty and administrative teams, maintain accurate counseling records, support student orientation and workshops, and contribute to student retention and overall learning outcomes.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills, with the ability to support diverse learners.
