Role Description The Business Development Executive – AI Services will focus on identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for Dusker AI’s evaluation and benchmarking solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client discovery calls, preparing proposals, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.



The role also involves collaborating with technical and product teams to understand service capabilities, tailoring offerings to client needs, and maintaining long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and account management. The Executive will track sales performance, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and represent the company at meetings, events, and presentations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Qualifications
Strong business development, B2B sales, and account management skills, with experience in selling technology or AI-related services.
Ability to conduct market research, identify target segments, and build a qualified pipeline of prospects.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the capacity to explain technical concepts in explicit business terms.
Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building across technical, product, and executive teams.
