Role Description This is a full time, on-site Career Counselor role based in Noida. The Career Counselor will conduct individual counseling sessions to help students explore career interests, understand educational options, and select suitable online programs. The role involves assessing student profiles,



interpreting aptitude and interest indicators, and creating clear career roadmaps tailored to each student’s goals. The counselor will provide guidance on university and course selection, support students through the admissions process, and coordinate follow-ups for post-admission support. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate counseling records, collaborating with mentors and internal teams, delivering workshops or information sessions when needed, and ensuring every interaction is honest, transparent, and student-centric.
