The Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing Delhi NCR as a key feeder market for BluSalzz’s Nepal portfolio, covering properties in Harkapur, Baglung and Maulakali.
The role is focused on building and activating the Delhi NCR travel trade network — including travel agents, wholesalers, tour operators, DMCs, MICE agencies and other B2B and B2C travel partners who sell Nepal.
The candidate will be expected to identify the right trade partners, develop strong account relationships, generate qualified business and convert opportunities into room nights, group movements and revenue across the Nepal portfolio.

What We Expect
An established Delhi NCR travel trade network with active B2B and B2C relationships.




Solid understanding of the Delhi–Nepal travel circuit and the agencies/operators generating Nepal business.
Existing relationships with wholesalers, travel agents, tour operators, DMCs and MICE agencies.
Proven ability to generate wholesale and MICE business through the travel trade.
Ability to develop new accounts while growing business from existing partners.
Regular client meetings, sales calls, market visits and relationship-building across Delhi NCR.
Ownership of enquiries, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups and business conversion.
Ability to understand different Nepal destinations and position the relevant property/product according to the client's requirement.
Close coordination with unit sales teams, Revenue, Reservations and Operations to ensure business is converted and delivered effectively.
Strong pipeline management, forecasting and accountability for room-night and revenue targets.
