We’re looking for a Senior Associate - Public Policy & PR who can combine strong policy understanding with strategic communication and media expertise. The role involves helping organisations navigate policy developments, engage with relevant stakeholders, and build credible narratives that influence conversations around their industry.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment, is comfortable working across policy and communications, and wants to work with businesses that are shaping industries, navigating regulatory changes, and influencing public conversations.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Tracking and analysing government policies, regulations, legislative developments, and industry trends relevant to clients.
Translating complex policy and regulatory developments into explicit, concise, and actionable insights.
Developing policy briefs, research notes,



position papers, talking points, stakeholder documents, and presentations.
Identifying and mapping key stakeholders across government, regulators, industry associations, think tanks, media, and other relevant institutions.
Supporting clients in developing public policy, government engagement, and communications strategies.
Developing compelling narratives and identifying opportunities to position clients and their leadership in relevant policy and industry conversations.
Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, editors, policymakers, industry stakeholders, and subject-matter experts.
Developing media pitches, press releases, briefing notes, opinion pieces, and other communication material.
Identifying relevant media and thought-leadership opportunities and driving outreach.
Supporting policy advocacy campaigns, media campaigns, roundtables, events, interviews, and stakeholder engagements.
