Dice Technosoft is looking for a data-driven and analytical Performance Marketer who can take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate should understand the complete performance marketing lifecycle — from campaign strategy and audience targeting to tracking, experimentation, optimization and performance reporting.

Key areas of responsibility include: Meta & Google Ads campaign management; Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns; audience segmentation and retargeting; A/B testing of creatives, copy and landing pages; budget and ROAS optimization; Meta Pixel, CAPI and GTM implementation; and performance analysis using GA4.
