Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead SAP Basis administration activities across development, quality, and production environments.
Execute SAP S/4HANA upgrade and migration programs with minimal business disruption.
Support cloud migration planning and technical transition of SAP landscapes.
Coordinate system refreshes, transport management, and landscape maintenance activities.
Work on issue resolution during upgrade, migration, and post-go-live stabilization phases.
Skills Required:
10 to 15 years of relevant SAP Basis and S/4HANA experience.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Proven background in SAP upgrade and migration projects, including technical cutover execution.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale SAP landscapes with stability and continuity requirements.
Exposure to SAP system transitions, environment management, and production support in complex implementations.
Positive to Have:
SAP HANA experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
