Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic Sales Department. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by identifying and acquiring recent customers,



promoting our financial products, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, relationship management, and market analysis to contribute effectively to the bank's expansion and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities:-

Identify and engage potential customers to promote and sell the bank's financial products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
