About the Role
Our brand is live on Amazon and selling. We are looking for a Marketplace Lead to take full ownership of the channel and scale it - catalog, advertising, inventory, and growth, run as a P&L; line.
This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role. You will not be managing a dashboard someone else built - you will build the reporting, run the ads, fix the listings, and answer for the numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Catalog Management
Own the Seller Central / Vendor Central account: account health metrics, policy compliance, case management, and Brand Registry
Build and maintain product listings - titles, bullet points, A+ / Premium A+ content, Brand Store, backend keywords, and variation themes
Identify and fix suppressed, stranded, and duplicate ASINs; maintain catalog hygiene at 100%
Manage recent product launches on the platform - listing creation, launch pricing, review generation, and rank building
Ensure compliance with category-specific requirements (nutraceutical, FSSAI, labeling, and claims guidelines)

Growth & Advertising




Plan and execute Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) against agreed ACOS / TACOS targets
Manage keyword harvesting, bid strategy, negative targeting, dayparting, and campaign structure
Improve organic rank through review velocity, conversion rate optimization, and content improvements
Own the event calendar - Great Indian Festival, Prime Day, monthly deal cycles - including pricing, coupons, Lightning Deals, and Best Deals submissions
Test and scale new levers: Amazon DSP, Posts, Brand Follow, subscribe & save, and bundling
Inventory & Operations
Forecast demand at SKU level and manage FBA replenishment planning
Maintain a healthy IPI score; avoid stockouts, overstocking, and long-term storage fees
Coordinate with supply chain and 3PL partners on inbound shipments, labeling, and packaging compliance
Manage returns, reimbursements, damaged/lost inventory claims, and recovery
