Company Description: Novokind is building the next generation of proactive hair care, rooted in scalp health, follicle science, and hair longevity.
Most hair care is reactive. You notice a problem, you panic, and then you look for a solution. We’re building a different approach: helping people understand their hair and scalp before problems become problems.

The opportunity:
We’re hiring our first Content Lead to shape and advance Novokind’s brand narrative across channels and make our voice impossible to ignore.

You’ll own the content function end-to-end, from figuring out what we should say to making sure how we say it actually works. You’ll work closely with our designers, content interns, and roster of creators to turn ideas into content that is interesting, clear, credible, and distinctly Novokind.

We’re trying to change the way people think about hair care. We need someone who can make people stop scrolling, pay attention, and actually understand why it matters.

What you will own:
Content Strategy: Build and drive Novokind’s content strategy across social, paid,



and other brand channels.
Content Creation: Develop concepts, write scripts, create briefs, and get content from idea to execution.
Brand Voice: Build and maintain a clear, distinctive voice for Novokind across everything we put out.
Creator Management: Work with content creators and interns, giving them direction, feedback, and clear creative standards.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers and the broader team to turn ideas into strong, cohesive content.
Content QA: Make sure everything we put out is accurate, on-brand, well-written, and communicates the right message.
Trends & Ideas: Stay close to what’s happening across social and culture, and constantly bring recent ideas to the table.
Performance: Understand what is working, what isn’t, and use that to make the next piece of content better.
