Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Associate Vice President – Business Development to lead strategic business growth across the Insurance and Pharmaceutical sectors. This role is responsible for both hunting (acquiring new clients) and farming (expanding and strengthening existing partnerships) while driving revenue growth and long-term strategic relationships.




The ideal candidate should have a strong enterprise sales experience and the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

How you will make an impact:
Business Development (Hunting)
Identify, qualify, and acquire recent B2B clients across Insurance, Pharma, Brokers and allied industries.
Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to consistently achieve revenue targets.
Build a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, industry events, and outbound outreach.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure.
Present customized healthcare and wellness solutions aligned with client business objectives.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close strategic partnerships.
Strategic Account Management (Farming)
Serve as the primary business owner for major key accounts.
Build long-term relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, Medical Teams, Business Heads, Procurement
