Role Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Continuous Improvement Specialist to work in a truly global environment. The Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing process improvement initiatives across finance and business operations. The role focuses on leveraging Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Excel, and SharePoint, to drive operational excellence, automation, data-driven decision-making, and productivity improvements.

The incumbent will work closely with Senior Manager Finance Shared Services to analyze processes, eliminate inefficiencies, develop dashboards, automate repetitive activities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, reporting to Mohammed Wasim Senior Manager Finance Shared Services. The role provides long term development potential for someone eager to demonstrate their skills and experience in the fast-paced soft commodities workplace.
